Role overview

This position is for a business analyst who is comfortable working across multiple functions in a dynamic environment. You will support initiatives spanning technology, product, finance, HR, and operations, turning business needs into clear documentation and practical solutions. The role requires curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to switch quickly between different subject areas, from finance process mapping to requirements for internal communication tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements across a wide range of problem statements.
• Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and state models that show how work happens today and how it should work in the future.
• Run workshops and stakeholder interviews to surface needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Convert business objectives into actionable specifications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Review data to spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve operations.
• Assess stakeholders, balance conflicting priorities, and communicate with tact and diplomacy.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documents that define project scope and success measures.
• Carry out gap analysis between current capabilities and desired outcomes.
• Contribute to business case development through research, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep work aligned and support successful delivery.
• Adjust rapidly to changing priorities and take on broader responsibilities where needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst across multiple initiatives and subject areas.
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and analysis tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Solid capability in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong documentation skills.
• Exposure to product thinking, UX research, or similar disciplines.
• Familiarity with change management or organizational design is advantageous.
• Comfort working with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Confidence working through ambiguity and asking tough, clarifying questions.
• Proven ability to deliver useful outcomes quickly in varied projects.
