Overview

The Sales Enablement team partners with sales, marketing, product, and service departments to develop frameworks, processes, and metrics that address critical challenges and promote business expansion. Utilizing CRM, business intelligence, and other tools, the team analyzes client interactions across all distribution channels to optimize the firm’s distribution strategies.

This Contract Business Analyst role operates as a pivotal link between the Sales Enablement group and business units, converting complex operational issues into precise, practical requirements that support technology solutions on Salesforce and associated platforms. The position is key to scaling the team’s capacity for requirements development, ensuring that strategic initiatives advance effectively with thorough stakeholder engagement and high-quality documentation to expedite delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior business stakeholders independently to conduct discovery discussions and deliver detailed and organized requirements documentation.
  • Translate operational challenges into well-defined, actionable technology requirements specifically for Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure understanding and implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Five to seven years of experience in roles such as business analyst, product owner, or sales operations, with a preference for at least three years in asset management or financial services.
  • Strong ability to independently lead stakeholder discovery phases and produce comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Solid functional understanding of Salesforce, including platform capabilities and data architecture, and proficiency in articulating solutions actionable by technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of simplifying complex business challenges for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking aptitudes, comfortable navigating ambiguity and formulating structures and inquiries before determining solutions.
  • Demonstrated self-driven critical thinking and problem-solving with measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with conversational and autonomous AI tools, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in authoring user stories or functional specifications for agile, sprint-based development environments.
  • Background in change management or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Prior involvement in sales enablement or CRM product ownership within asset management or financial services sectors.

Additional Information

  • Locations include Frisco, TX 75034; Charlotte, NC; and Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model.
  • Contract duration is set for 12 months.
