About the Role

Join TAINA Technology Limited as a Business Analyst, where your insights will directly influence product development impacting global financial institutions. This role sits at the nexus of customers, data, and engineering, providing opportunities to deeply understand client challenges and shape solutions accordingly.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with customers to integrate the TAINA platform seamlessly into their existing workflows and systems.
Serve as the vital connection between clients, product teams, engineers, and delivery units to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
Engage with stakeholders across technical, operational, and business processes to align requirements and expectations.
Develop and document clear, high-quality business and technical requirements alongside subject matter experts.
Validate new feature specifications both internally and externally to ensure fit and feasibility.
Support and coordinate data migration tasks to maintain data integrity throughout integration.
Partner with delivery teams to formulate Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) requirements and acceptance criteria.
Own the acceptance testing phase for new features and aid in preparing for successful deployment.
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
Assist in product demonstrations for both current and potential customers to showcase value and functionalities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least one year of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services, RegTech/fintech, or with complex SaaS platforms.
Capable of quickly mastering intricate systems, data flows, and operational workflows.
Proficient in defining and documenting well-structured business and technical requirements.
Strong SQL skills with confidence in analyzing and interpreting data effectively.
Experience in validating data, metrics, and outcomes to support business decisions.
Able to create clear mock-ups and solution diagrams, with familiarity in Figma being advantageous.
Exposure to regulatory or tax compliance frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, or equivalents is a plus.
