Role overview

You will join the Infosys consulting practice as a business analyst focused on wealth management within the capital markets domain. The role calls for someone who can understand client challenges, identify root causes, and shape practical solutions that improve outcomes for the customer.

What you will do

• Work with clients to uncover the real problem behind business issues and translate those findings into workable solution ideas.
• Contribute to building strategies and operating models that help clients innovate, expand, and improve profitability.
• Evaluate existing processes, spot gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend technology-led improvements.
• Support solution design and help drive implementation so that delivery leads to strong client satisfaction.
• Interact directly with clients and communicate clearly across business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate project and team activities when required.

Required capabilities

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of current technologies and emerging industry trends.
• Sound analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and a collaborative working style.
• Knowledge of financial processes across different project types and familiarity with available pricing models.
• Exposure to one or more industry domains.
• Confidence in client-facing discussions.
