Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Support deployment efforts by helping turn proposed solutions into working outcomes.
• Engage in client-facing discussions and maintain effective communication throughout the engagement.
• Apply logical reasoning and structured problem-solving to address business and process issues.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders in a collaborative consulting environment.
• Assist in project and team management activities when needed.

Required expertise

• Strong understanding of Wealth Management, with primary domain knowledge in Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of current technologies and market/industry trends.
• Understanding of financial processes across different project types and familiarity with pricing models.
• Ability to evaluate existing workflows and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Domain knowledge in one or more industry areas.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving ability.
