Job description
About innocent
Innocent started in 1999 with a small range of smoothies sold at a music festival and has since grown into one of Europe’s largest drinks businesses, employing around 1,000 people. The company is also B Corp certified. Its wider goal is to make it simpler for people to eat more fruit and vegetables while building a business that treats people and the planet well.
Role overview
This is not an active vacancy for a single role. Instead, it is a talent pool for Business Analyst opportunities at different levels. The business is keen to connect with analytical, inquisitive people who may be a fit for future openings, from those beginning their analytics careers to more experienced professionals.
Business Analysts at innocent help teams make better decisions by turning business questions into insights and insights into action. The role suits people who enjoy solving meaningful problems, asking thoughtful questions, and collaborating with both people and data.
What you will do
- Work with teams across the business to define challenges clearly and translate them into structured requirements.
- Examine data, workflows, and systems to identify insights, opportunities, and risks.
- Help design solutions by considering people, process, technology, and data together.
- Produce clear documentation, process maps, and analysis that support decision-making.
- Contribute to or lead delivery through the full project lifecycle, from early ideas to implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Support testing activities to confirm changes work properly and issues are fixed.
- Assist with change adoption through training, communication, and post-launch support.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and risks, and help keep work moving forward.
- Use tools and systems such as Azure, Lucidchart, Dynamics 365, and Kinaxis Maestro.
What may be expected at more senior levels
- Lead analysis on complex, end-to-end projects.
- Shape decisions by influencing senior stakeholders.
- Improve governance, delivery practices, and ways of working.
- Coach or support less experienced analysts.
What the company is looking for
Depending on the level of the role, the company is open to a range of experience levels. It values strong analytical thinking, curiosity, practical problem solving, and the ability to work comfortably with both data and people.
Applicants should be able to turn complex information into clear recommendations, adapt their communication style for different audiences, and maintain attention to detail from concept through delivery. A willingness to keep learning tools such as Excel, reporting platforms, and business systems is also important.
For more experienced positions, the business also looks for end-to-end change delivery experience, strong influencing skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities in ambiguous situations, and experience mentoring or developing others.
Rewards and benefits
The role sits within a company that offers a rewards package including salary, private healthcare, a performance-related bonus, and additional benefits such as a birthday day off. Free smoothies are also included.
Selected candidates will be considered first when suitable Business Analyst roles arise in the future. The work offers exposure to a wide variety of teams and projects, opportunities to keep learning, and the chance to contribute to a business focused on doing things the right way and leaving a positive impact.
Inclusion and culture
Innocent aims to be a workplace where people from different backgrounds can thrive. The company says it values individuality and wants a broad mix of perspectives, experiences, and personalities in its teams.
