Overview

Join Kraft Heinz as a Business Analyst within their Supply Chain team, positioned at Southbank, Victoria. This role offers a mix of working onsite three days per week and remote work two days per week, providing flexibility in your work arrangement. Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, gather, and document business needs for analytics, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate on backlog refinement and prioritization with senior analysts, business leaders, and Product Owners.
  • Perform data preparation including cleaning, validating, and reconciling from diverse sources such as ERP and planning systems to detect trends and risk areas.
  • Handle regular and ad hoc analytical reporting, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and transformations.
  • Support development and enhancement of analytics dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Maintain consistency and governance in metrics across various reports and dashboards.
  • Create and execute testing plans to validate dashboards and reports align with data sources and business requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for data definitions, business rules, report logic, and provide user guides and end-user training materials.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in analytics/reporting roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or SAP is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) required.
  • Experience creating dashboards/reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work.
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship management.
  • Must have legal eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
