This position will lead analysis of current capabilities and the transformation needed for the target state. The work is strategically important, highly visible, and spans multiple years and business areas.
Responsibilities

- Prepare clear and complete business specifications and requirement documents to support estimation, development, and project planning.
- Produce deliverables such as business requirement documents, design documents, use cases, and process models when needed.
- Contribute to detailed project planning, progress tracking against goals, financial reviews, and building alignment with users and senior leaders.
- Partner with GBME technology teams throughout the full system development lifecycle and connect business needs with technical implementation.
- Develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues across global regions.
- Assist with production support and resolve escalations during release cycles when required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical systems analyst; experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with technology projects and a strong understanding of SDLC processes.
- Excellent data analysis ability and strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with client data, especially for corporate and commercial clients, is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements and translate technical concepts back into business language.
- Comfort leading discussions with vendors, business teams, and technology stakeholders while encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to work with business users, developers, compliance teams, and senior management.
Perks and benefits
- Inclusive workplace culture with support for diversity, equity, inclusion, and allyship.
- Employee resource groups and a workplace committed to fairness and belonging.
- Accessibility support and accommodations throughout the workplace and hiring process.
- Remote-friendly setup with flexibility to help you do your best work.

- Competitive rewards package including bonus eligibility, flexible vacation, personal days, sick days, and benefits from day one.
- Community engagement opportunities through programs, events, contests, and collaborative activities.
