Role Overview
The WW Selling Partner Services Central FP&A team is looking for a Business Analyst to lead diverse functions, drive innovation, and elevate the financial planning discipline. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 45,000+ employees with operating expenses near $2B annually. The position also supports the IMR Program Lead for SPS Tech Infrastructure OpEx and champions automation and AI-based tooling advancements to boost financial controllership and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI and machine learning by scoping, piloting, and scaling AI capabilities in daily FP&A workflows.
- Develop AI-enhanced automation tools for recurring financial processes such as IMR reporting, headcount and operating expense monthly reports, and variance analyses.
- Program in Python and Vibe coding to create and refine data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools covering headcount, operating expenses, and IMR spending.
- Craft engaging visualizations and structured reporting frameworks for communicating forecasts, expense analyses, and investment insights to leadership.
- Build and maintain automated data reporting infrastructure serving worldwide Selling Partner Services leadership.
- Collaborate with multiple teams including Customer Partner & Trust, Selling Partner Experience, Infrastructure, and Fulfillment by Amazon to drive data insights.
- Partner with the IMR Program Lead to develop scalable tooling supporting monthly and quarterly financial processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting process simplification, automation, and measurable impact enhancements.
Team Insight
This Central FP&A team focuses on SPS operating expenses globally, providing strategic analysis, planning, and reporting to senior leadership. The group aims to be a finance community role model by balancing hard work, enjoyment, and making historic impacts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to define requirements and employ data metrics to extract business insights.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proficiency with Excel advanced features (VBA, pivot tables, advanced functions) and data visualization platforms like Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience performing business or financial analysis.
- Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years in business or data analysis roles.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial data results.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges for this role are approximately $81,700 to $143,100 annually in New York and $82,700 to $130,100 annually in Seattle. Total rewards include sign-on bonuses, RSUs, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid leave, and family support programs.
