About the Company and Role
We are collaborating with a prominent European bank and financial services provider recognized globally for expertise in investment, wealth management, and innovative digital banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate intricate challenges and potential risks related to securities trading and wealth growth, working alongside product teams to engineer effective solutions.
- Engage closely with solution architects, product owners, UX designers, project management, and market research teams to ensure comprehensive alignment.
- Contribute actively to crafting rollout plans for product increments and features, precisely defining acceptance criteria.
- Produce detailed technical requirements, analytical reports, and decision frameworks prioritizing customer value and commercial outcomes.
- Maintain consistency of requirements and analyses with the strategic objectives of the tribe and overall company vision.
- Oversee individual work streams across projects and throughout the product development process autonomously.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- University degree completed with substantial experience in agile product development or an equivalent qualification.
- Deep understanding of securities trading markets and online brokerage product portfolios.
- Keen interest in enhancing digital platforms such as websites and mobile applications.
- Proficient in requirements engineering techniques and skilled at representing requirements visually using BPMN standards.
- Knowledgeable about IT development cycles and foundational IT system architectures.
- Capacity to distill complex topics and requirements into clear communications suitable for multiple stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English.
