About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SaaS Specialist to join Intelligent Analytics Suite, playing a key role in delivering outstanding SaaS-based solutions for our clients. This position entails the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of our SaaS applications, ensuring smooth integration and superior performance tailored to clients’ data analytics requirements. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong SaaS technology knowledge, adept problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and configure our SaaS software accordingly.
  • Ensure seamless deployment and integration of SaaS applications within customers’ existing systems.
  • Deliver technical support, addressing troubleshooting queries and resolving software-related challenges.
  • Manage routine maintenance, including updates, bug resolutions, and security enhancements, with proactive system monitoring to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct training workshops and develop detailed documentation to empower clients in effectively utilizing the software’s features.
  • Keep abreast of latest trends in SaaS technology, advising on product improvements and collaborating with the development team.
  • Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and sales staff to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS implementation and support roles.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technologies such as cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data integration mechanisms.
  • Programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Ruby preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.
  • Effective multitasking with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time position based onsite in London, operating from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
