Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading global payments and financial technology company based in Dublin on a 6-month contractual basis. The successful candidate will lead the comprehensive rebranding and communications workstream within a major program, currently at the discovery phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct impact assessments of brand experience across tools, web pages, and various environments.
  • Develop internal and external communication strategies including narrative formation, vision articulation, audience segmentation, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Design and roll out messaging for both internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate updates to rebranding collateral across all relevant platforms.
  • Maintain oversight as the custodian of the communications plan and agreed success metrics.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven industry experience in payments, fintech, or banking technology sectors, particularly with global payment processors, core banking, or financial technology firms.
  • Demonstrated business analysis expertise on large-scale change or transformation initiatives.
  • Direct experience managing corporate rebranding, brand migration, or M&A integration communications from assessment through execution.
  • Strong ability in defining communication strategies with audience segmentation and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Experience coordinating multi-team and third-party delivery covering collateral, digital assets, and environments.
  • Capability to establish and monitor success measures for communication or brand campaigns.
  • Comfort with operating in fast-evolving discovery-phase projects.

Position Details

  • Location: Dublin; full-time onsite attendance (5 days per week).
  • Contract length: 6 months.
  • Working hours: 40 per week.
  • Start date: Immediate.
