About the Role
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a public sector organisation undergoing a significant transformation initiative. The programme includes three contract positions starting in early August, focusing on key areas such as HR Transformation, Service Design & Customer Experience, and Automation & Process Optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex process mapping and the redesign of existing workflows.
- Facilitate workshops to gather input and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis for transformation objectives.
- Manage relationships and communications with senior stakeholders across the programme.
- Identify, track, and report on benefits realization throughout the course of the programme.
Essential Experience and Skills
- A minimum of five years in senior Business Analyst roles, preferably within public sector contexts.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of public sector systems such as iTrent, Tribepad, or TOPdesk is advantageous.
- Experience in Local Government or broader Public Sector environments is highly preferred.
Engagement and Compensation
This is a six-month initial contract offering a daily rate around £500, with the option to work in a hybrid onsite/remote setup to promote flexibility.
