Business Analyst - Planning and Coordination (UAE Nationals Only)

Job Overview

The Intermediate Sales Support Analyst role is designed to assist sales teams by analyzing sales results, identifying opportunities, and developing proposals collaboratively with the Consumer Sales team. This position supports all client segments to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing process improvements to enhance sales support functions.
• Backing the rollout of new products, promotional campaigns, and business projects.
• Applying professional judgment to interpret data, resolving typical issues encountered.
• Preparing and reviewing training materials for sales and operations teams.
• Supporting sales operations for prominent, high-profile clients.
• Providing administrative support to sales management teams as needed.
• Ensuring sales teams comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Assessing business risks responsibly, protecting the organization's reputation, clients, and assets by adhering to laws, policies, and ethical standards, while managing and reporting control concerns transparently.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 5 years of related experience in sales support or analysis.
• Hold required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63.
• Have a thorough understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Information

This role works within the Consumer Sales family and Consumer Sales Support job family group. The position demands full-time commitment and is located onsite in Dubai. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
