About the role
The Business Analyst works closely with the Director of Business Operations and the Vice President of Product Development to strengthen operational performance across the Product Development organization. This position focuses on building and maintaining analytical reporting, spotting trends in performance data, and turning findings into practical recommendations that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution.
Decision support and business partnership
- Work alongside PLMs and other cross-functional partners to review reports and convert insights into clear action plans.
- Help leadership with scenario analysis and performance modelling to support strategic choices.
- Track key performance indicators and raise concerns when results begin to drift from target.
- Use root-cause analysis to back continuous improvement efforts.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Digital Innovation, Business Insight, and Data Analytics teams to strengthen reporting tools and support future data initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between operations and analytics teams so reporting solutions match business requirements.
- Manage the sharing of analytical reports so information is communicated clearly and consistently across stakeholders.
Process improvement
- Identify ways to simplify reporting processes and increase automation.
- Create consistent reporting documentation and standard practices that can scale across teams.
- Support resolution of operational issues through careful data checking and analysis.
Additional responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day departmental challenges as they arise.
- Contribute to special projects and broader strategic initiatives when assigned.
- Take on additional duties as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred background of one to three years in footwear.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Prior experience using a PLM system.
- Working knowledge of data analytics dashboards such as Incorta.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to USD 98,000 per year.
