Role Overview
This role engages closely with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, analyze existing business processes, and define functional specifications essential for project success. The Business Analyst will also play a vital role in Organizational Change Management (OCM) by supporting impact assessments, planning communications, coordinating training initiatives, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for change. Collaboration with project teams is key to guarantee smooth adoption of business solutions and to achieve tangible benefits for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner effectively with various stakeholders to collect and clarify requirement details.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to align with project objectives.
- Document functional requirements to guide solution development.
- Assist in Organizational Change Management activities including impact assessment, communication strategy planning, and training coordination.
- Ensure readiness of stakeholders and facilitate adoption of solutions within the business.
- Work closely with project teams to deliver business value through implemented changes.
