  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that help guide decisions.
  • Partner with developers, product managers, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, user acceptance testing, and implementation work.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering discussions.
  • Track project progress and ensure requirements are delivered correctly.
  • Keep documentation current, including business requirements, workflows, and process maps.

Requirements

  • Strong ability in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Prior exposure to business analysis, operations, finance, IT, or related areas is preferred.
  • Good understanding of business processes, systems, and workflow analysis.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is beneficial.

  • Ability to break down complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative workplace.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Potential career growth into Senior Business Analyst, Product Manager, Strategy Analyst, or Project Manager roles.
  • A team environment that is collaborative, data-focused, and growth-minded.
  • Training, mentorship, and professional development support.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
