Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst dedicated to assessing current business processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and facilitating data-supported decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements, transforming them into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements.
• Perform research, map processes, and document workflows thoroughly.
• Spot deficiencies in systems or processes and recommend effective improvements.
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to aid in project deployment.
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.
• Assess project results to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
• Assist in data analysis and decision-making utilizing a variety of analytical tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related domain.
• Have between two to four years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent capacity.
• Demonstrate strong skills in analytical thinking and problem resolution.
• Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and adeptness in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent responsibilities.

Desired Additional Skills

• Awareness of Agile and Scrum project management techniques.
• Experience applying process optimization practices such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proven ability to develop engaging presentations and reports.
