Job description
Role Overview
This full-time position based primarily at Singapore River supports Economia e Politica Florestal - UFSM in driving effective business operations and facilitating informed decision-making. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with some remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret both operational and financial data to recognize trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings.
- Document business requirements and develop process maps to support ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and translate these into actionable insights.
- Assist with the development of performance indicators and validate data quality.
- Provide stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses and prepare presentations to support business initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrable skills in business analysis and operations to document requirements, map processes, and facilitate continuous enhancements.
- Strong analytical and data analytics capabilities to interpret data accurately and formulate recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration and clear presentation of insights.
- Experience with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic statistical methods is preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive learning approach.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Economics, Management, Analytics, or related fields is desirable; early-career candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior exposure to operations, process improvement, research, project coordination, or reporting frameworks will be advantageous.
