Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to lead initial discussions about project scope and collaborate with sales and delivery teams on quotations and proposals.
• Organize and facilitate client workshops to capture, define, and document business requirements.
• Develop well-crafted proposals that clearly address customer needs and requirements.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and team members to validate solution design strategies for projects.
• Prepare presentations targeting potential clients to showcase the company's services and offerings.
• Partner effectively with sales teams to support business development efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a business analyst or presales consultant.
• Prior experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently within a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting with ongoing challenges.
