You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to collect business requirements, evaluate processes, spot areas for enhancement, and assist with projects driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and assess business requirements from different stakeholders.
- Support identification of workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze business data, preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Contribute to project planning, implementation, testing, and user acceptance stages.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain project-related documentation including process maps and business records.
- Engage in meetings offering suggestions based on business findings and data interpretation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline preferred.
- Experience from internships, academic projects, or prior roles in business analysis, administration, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Visio, Jira, or business process mapping software is beneficial.
