Key Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and assess business requirements from different stakeholders.
• Support identification of workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze business data, preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to project planning, implementation, testing, and user acceptance stages.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain project-related documentation including process maps and business records.
• Engage in meetings offering suggestions based on business findings and data interpretation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline preferred.
• Experience from internships, academic projects, or prior roles in business analysis, administration, or project coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Visio, Jira, or business process mapping software is beneficial.
