Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience focusing on CRM and Salesforce projects. This role involves supporting CRM-related efforts by gathering and analyzing business needs, enhancing customer relationship workflows, and delivering efficient Salesforce solutions. Effective collaboration with users and technical teams will drive improvements in sales, service, and client engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business and functional requirements thoroughly, documenting them accurately.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business units, sales, marketing, and IT to facilitate Salesforce-related initiatives.
- Evaluate CRM operations and propose improvements to business processes.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process guides, performance reports, and dashboards.
- Assist with system testing phases, including user acceptance testing and implementation support.
- Communicate recommendations and project progress to stakeholders regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Between 2 and 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on CRM or Salesforce-focused projects.
- Proficient at eliciting business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms and business process analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud modules.
- Working knowledge of data visualization and querying tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiar with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum methodology.
- Practical usage of project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant professional credentials such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications add value.
