Role overview
An experienced IT Business Analyst is needed to support a major operational uplift within product teams for a client in Auckland. The role suits someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys shaping structure, and can turn process improvement into measurable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Lead work that improves operations across technology and product teams.
- Bring clarity and structure to complex delivery and support environments.
- Help design and implement better processes that strengthen service performance.
- Work with technical teams and stakeholders to guide conversations and move initiatives forward.
- Support improvements in governance, service reliability, and operational maturity.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable operating practices and standards across multiple teams.
Required experience and capabilities
- Proven background as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise technology settings.
- Valid SV Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Cherwell, or similar tools.
- Practical exposure to operational governance, SOP creation, and service improvement activity.
- Confidence working with both technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
- Experience around infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, identity and access management, or SRE practices will be viewed favourably.
