- Support data migration by mapping legacy financial information such as GL balances, vendors, customers, and open transactions.
- Validate and reconcile data to confirm financial accuracy.
- Review trial balances, opening balances, transaction integrity, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.

- Lead workshops, design sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Act as the main link between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk and issue tracking.
- Support go-live preparation, including cutover planning, financial close readiness, and guided go-live activities.
- Create and maintain BRDs, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, validation scenarios, and end-user training materials.
- Assist in training finance users and super-users.
Requirements
- Knowledge of business systems, accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related practical experience is an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a business analyst, finance, or ERP environment; internships and co-op experience are acceptable.

- Basic understanding of accounting processes and openness to learning system configuration.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Curious, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to improve processes.
