Role overview
This role is for a Business Analyst / techno-functional Consultant with 2 to 3 years of experience in banking-related work. The position is based in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India and sits within a consulting environment where you will help define business problems, assess solution choices, and recommend practical outcomes that support client needs.

What you will do
You will work with the consulting team to understand business challenges, shape requirements, and convert them into clear functional outcomes. The role involves preparing functional specifications, creating process documentation, and building process flow diagrams that can be used by technical teams during design and implementation.
You will also coordinate business application support across downstream and upstream application teams, operations, business users, technology teams, and vendors to help resolve issues. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders across program and technology teams to support smooth change delivery, review schedules, identify program-level risks, and contribute to mitigation planning.
The role expects active involvement in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean ways of working, including SCRUM-based development environments. You will need to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and support business-as-usual documentation for L1, L2, and L3 support groups.
