We seek a technologically adept and data-driven leader eager to think ambitiously, invent, and simplify processes while experimenting with innovative growth strategies. As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to strategic initiatives impacting businesses of various sizes by developing and enhancing data architectures that support scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analytical investigations to uncover and validate new growth opportunities for the business.
• Produce high-quality insights for customers and sellers to better understand and influence the factors driving business growth.
• Develop and maintain the business analyst roadmap, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and partner BI teams to source new data, integrating from production systems or databases; explore machine learning and predictive models to enhance analytics sophistication.
• Continuously refine reporting and analytics processes, focusing on automation and self-service support enhancements for customers.
• Create and present detailed written reports tailored for various leadership levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Program teams to establish mechanisms to assess and expand the business.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• Proven experience defining requirements and leveraging data and metrics to generate business insights.
• 3+ years of expertise in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, PowerPivot) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with executive-level leadership to identify and solve complex business challenges.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with BI tools, especially Tableau.
