About the team
You will join the Artificial Intelligence & Data team, supporting client work across Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Data Portals, Analytics, and Insight-driven products. This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery, requiring someone who can interpret challenges for both clients and technical specialists.
Role summary
This Business Analyst position focuses on helping clients shape AI-enabled solutions and business improvements. You will support analysis, solution design, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting using tools such as PowerBI, Excel, Miro, and PowerPoint.
What you will do
- Carry out agile business analysis tasks such as story mapping, user story creation, acceptance criteria drafting, and business process review.
- Support scoping, design, and approval work for business systems, moving ideas through business case approval and into project delivery.
- Explain complex business ideas clearly in written and verbal form, producing materials and presentations that help stakeholders understand the solution and reasoning behind it.
- Build analytics and reporting outputs using tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Act as a bridge between client challenges and technical teams, helping translate business requirements into workable solutions.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting; consulting or professional services exposure is helpful but not essential.
- Practical understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts, along with awareness of current technology trends such as mobility, cloud, digital, and AI.
- Ability to handle uncertain problems by creating a structured, logical approach and presenting ideas clearly to leadership audiences such as steering committees, executive teams, and boards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops and turning workshop outputs into aligned decisions and investment recommendations.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing client-ready deliverables and solution documents.
- Practical experience creating reports and analytics in Excel and/or PowerBI that are clear, useful, and relevant to business users.
