Overview
Aaratech Inc. is recruiting a Business Analyst specializing in AI and automation to participate in transformative business initiatives. This role requires analyzing current business processes, gathering detailed requirements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver AI-enhanced automation solutions that advance operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
Key Duties
- Collect and record comprehensive business and functional requirements for AI and automation efforts.
- Assess existing workflows to spot possibilities for automation.
- Collaborate across business units, data specialists, and technology teams to deploy AI-enabled systems.
- Create process documentation, generate reports, and design business workflows.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and oversee solution rollout.
- Communicate business insights and project recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Three to four years of professional experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital or technology transformation programs.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation technologies, and business intelligence principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or related analytics and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with AI methodologies, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
Additional Information
Compensation: Annual salary range between $70,000 and $80,000.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
