Role Overview

This role involves engaging directly with clients at their offices and manufacturing sites, conducting workshops to uncover business challenges, and translating those insights into clear, functional requirements for AI and business process solutions.

Key Duties

• Facilitate discovery meetings with clients to gather detailed business information.
• Prepare thorough documentation including business process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Travel as necessary to participate in client engagements.

Preferred Background

Candidates with an MBA specializing in Operations, Finance, or Management or with relevant business analyst or consulting experience are preferred.

Initial Success Goals

Within the first three months, the candidate should be independently conducting discovery sessions, delivering quality documentation that requires minimal revisions, and building client trust.
