Business Analyst

Role overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst for a remote opportunity with a Saudi-based organization. The role is centered on understanding business needs, shaping requirements, and helping teams deliver practical solutions that align with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and clearly record business requirements.
• Convert business objectives into structured functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to support successful delivery.
• Examine current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve them.
• Assist with testing efforts, user acceptance testing, and validation of the final solution.
• Create and maintain business documents such as BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, and use cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Solid understanding of business analysis methods and documentation practices.
• Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments will be considered an advantage.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
