Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Business Analyst position is based in Dallas, TX. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to uncover and define business needs, study current processes, and translate findings into practical recommendations. The position also includes identifying process enhancements, preparing clear documentation, and serving as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business needs.
• Review existing business workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Convert business findings into actionable insights and structured documentation.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business units to keep projects aligned.
• Support successful execution of projects through clear communication and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce useful insights.
• Solid understanding of business analysis practices, including process and requirements documentation.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle several priorities at once.
• Prior experience in business analysis or a closely related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methods is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, business intelligence, or technology consulting is a plus.
