- Produce and maintain product, system, and process documentation while becoming a go-to resource for related business and technical workflows.
- Run requirement workshops, review proposed fixes and enhancements, and confirm new system rollouts.
- Track project timelines, keep progress records current, and help ensure delivery stays on schedule.
- Study data to spot trends and insights that support informed business decisions.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Share analysis, progress updates, and recommendations with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and support continuous optimization efforts.
- Take part in testing bug fixes and enhancements, record test outcomes, and assist with demos and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst role.
- Hands-on experience in an Agile environment and with Scrum practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for story writing and documentation.
- Ability to gather stakeholder input and turn it into detailed requirements.
- Comfort with SQL queries and exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
- Background in supply chain, warehousing, or merchandising environments is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to automation projects that are not AI-based, routing optimization, and third-party application implementations.
- Experience with AS400 systems and code development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
