As a bus driver, you will engage in a varied daily routine, working close to home to ensure safe and comfortable travel for passengers while maintaining composure during challenging situations.

We are seeking bus drivers (m/f/d) for DB Regio Bus Mitte GmbH in Weiterstadt and surrounding areas, with immediate availability. Whether you are new to driving or unfamiliar with the local routes, comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle safe and punctual operation of bus services for regular lines and school transport.
  • Provide passengers with information and advice about schedules, fares, and connecting services.
  • Conduct ticket sales and fare inspections.
  • Perform checks to ensure your vehicle’s operational readiness, including technical system assessments.
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness before and after services.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a professional driver or possession of a valid bus driver’s license class D or DE.
  • Valid qualification according to the Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrFQG), evidenced by the “95” key number on the license or driver qualification certificate.
  • Proficiency in German language, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Display customer friendliness, flexibility, and reliability.
