Job Overview
Deutsche Bahn is recruiting motivated bus drivers for the Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH based in Oldenburg and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the role, there are numerous entry and further development opportunities available nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and timely execution of bus trips including local and regional rail replacement services (SEV).
- Provide passengers with information and advice on timetables, fares, and connections.
- Handle ticket sales and inspections.
- Conduct vehicle readiness checks, including technical system inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and order before and after journeys.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a professional driver or valid bus driving license class D or DE.
- Valid qualification as per professional driver qualification law (BKrFQG) with the key number “95” recorded on the license or driver qualification card.
- Good proficiency in German language, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-friendly, flexible, reliable attitude.
