Role overview
Haven is recruiting friendly and driven team members to join its on-site Burger King outlet in Skegness. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a busy, guest-facing environment and can help deliver a smooth, enjoyable food service experience for holidaymakers and owners.
The position can be full-time, part-time, or seasonal. Pay is up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.
In this role, you will help prepare flame-grilled burgers and other menu items, support counter service, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and welcoming venue. Every shift is focused on quality, speed, and great guest care.
What you will do
- Welcome guests, take their orders, and respond to menu-related questions.
- Prepare food to the Burger King brand's standards.
- Cook, package, and serve menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the kitchen and front-of-house areas in line with food hygiene rules.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service running to time and ensure guests leave happy.
What we are looking for
- Applicants must be 18 years or older because the job involves using hot kitchen equipment.
- Previous experience in fast food, hospitality, or customer service is welcome but not required, as full training is provided.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in great service.
- Comfort working in a busy kitchen environment with attention to food quality and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
