Role overview
Haven is seeking energetic and approachable team members to join the Burger King outlet at the resort. The role sits in a lively, guest-facing setting where you’ll help prepare flame-grilled food and make sure visitors enjoy a smooth, positive experience.
This position may be offered on a full-time, part-time, or seasonal basis. Pay is up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests warmly, take food orders, and provide simple menu guidance when needed.
- Prepare burgers and other menu items to Burger King brand expectations.
- Cook, wrap, and serve food quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Help keep both the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety rules.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service running smoothly and ensure guests leave happy.
What we’re looking for
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old because the role involves operating hot kitchen equipment.
- Previous experience in fast food, hospitality, or customer service is useful, but not required since full training is provided.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with strong motivation to deliver good service.
- Comfort in a busy kitchen environment, with attention to food quality and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
