Role overview
Haven is hiring friendly and driven team members to join its on-site Burger King outlet in a busy seaside environment. The role sits within a fast-moving, guest-focused setting where you will help prepare flame-grilled food and provide a positive experience for visitors and owners. The position may be offered on a full-time, part-time, or seasonal basis.
Pay
Compensation can go up to £12.71 per hour, with the exact rate depending on age.
What you will do
- Welcome guests warmly, take their orders, and respond to menu-related questions.
- Prepare burgers and other menu items to the Burger King brand’s required standards.
- Cook, wrap, and serve food quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and front-of-house area while following food safety rules.
- Collaborate with the wider team to keep service running smoothly and ensure guests leave satisfied.
What is needed
- You must be 18 years or older because the role involves using hot kitchen equipment.
- Experience in quick-service food, hospitality, or customer-facing work is helpful, but not mandatory since training will be provided.
- A pleasant, motivated, and team-oriented approach is essential.
- Comfort in a busy kitchen along with a strong focus on hygiene and food quality is important.
- You should be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
