• Spearhead the preparation and comprehensive launch of the Bulgarian market, ensuring all copy content, operational procedures, and workflows are established for a seamless and successful market entry.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for all Bulgarian copy content workflows, consistently meeting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the entire translation process, including managing incoming requests, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing proactive communication to all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and primarily translate compelling, on-brand copy for various marketing materials such as newsletters, push notifications, and social media content (both organic and paid), ensuring alignment with strategic communication objectives.
• Conduct thorough proofreading of all Bulgarian content to guarantee impeccable grammar, clarity, and stylistic consistency.
• Supervise the quality assurance of all Bulgarian texts across the website, mobile application, and marketing channels, verifying accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• As an integral part of the Brand Marketing team, ensure the consistent application of the brand's tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, while actively contributing to the achievement of team Key Performance Indicators and overall marketing objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of content quality.

• Native fluency in Bulgarian with professional proficiency in English. Familiarity with Croatian or another Slavic language is considered an asset.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Bulgarian Copywriter within a high-volume, e-commerce setting. Prior experience in fashion marketing is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience working with structured workflows, and proficiency with tools like Jira and/or a Translation Management System (TMS) is highly beneficial.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management capabilities, adept at integrating input from diverse teams, aligning expectations, and delivering high-quality content in a structured, collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in launching or contributing to the launch of a new market is a significant advantage.
• Possess an exceptional, fashion-forward writing style coupled with a flawless command of grammar.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project management, skilled in maintaining smooth, transparent, and on-track processes.
