About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect the building ensuring all facilities, equipment, and services are in good working order.
- Attend promptly to plumbing issues such as leaks, blocked drains, toilets, gutters, performing repairs or liaising with contractors as necessary.
- Oversee electrical and mechanical systems including lifts, air-conditioning units, generators, lighting, boreholes, and fountains, ensuring their proper upkeep.
- Coordinate structural and carpentry repairs to walls, roofs, doors, windows, floors, and car parks to maintain building integrity.
- Manage security by supervising security contractors, monitoring guard attendance and effectiveness, supporting fire safety protocols and emergency evacuations.
- Supervise cleaning services to guarantee hygiene and cleanliness in all public areas, toilets, basements, and parking facilities.
- Ensure landscaped gardens and grounds are well maintained and visually appealing by overseeing landscaping contractors.
- Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing facility-related concerns, conducting regular visits, and representing company interests professionally.
- Manage contractors and service providers by supervising work quality, verifying attendance, and ensuring accurate recording of maintenance activities.
- Handle administrative duties including preparing reports, maintaining inventory and consumable records, assisting with rent collection, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
