Role Overview

We are seeking engaging and adaptable individuals to join Emirates as cabin crew, serving as the welcoming face of the airline. The role demands friendliness, vigilance, and the capability to provide exceptional customer support. Beyond hospitality, safety is paramount, requiring confident leadership in managing aircraft services, security, and safety protocols, supported by training at our advanced Dubai facility.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive demeanor with natural ability to deliver excellent service in multicultural team settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) as minimum educational qualification.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment across aircraft types.
• No visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
• Must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements as the position is Dubai-based.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed basic salary: AED 4,980
• Flight hourly pay: AED 69.60 (typically 80–100 hours monthly)
• Average total monthly earning around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100; EUR 2,600; GBP 2,280) for Economy Class crew (Grade II)
• Overseas meal allowances credited monthly, particularly after night stops
