Opportunity Overview
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Bridge Engineers to join our growing teams, offering roles suitable for a broad range of experience levels. You will engage with one of New Zealand's leading structural asset management teams, overseeing some of the country's oldest and busiest bridges. The role involves managing and delivering diverse projects including life-extending strengthening, remediation efforts, and new or replacement bridge construction to connect communities. A strong drive to foster client relationships, embrace innovative best-fit solutions, and prioritize environmental sustainability is essential.
About You
You will possess excellent communication abilities and thrive in a close-knit team environment while collaborating effectively with the broader organization. Your motivation to enhance project delivery through innovative ideas and methods is key. Familiarity with the full design delivery process, from concept development to detailed design and construction, is expected. Experience with parametric design tools is desirable, and you should be eager to advance these skills and ultimately lead this domain on projects. Being Chartered or actively pursuing chartership, with support provided, is encouraged.
