Brewery Head

Role Overview

The Brewery Head will be responsible for leading all operational functions within the brewery unit. This role involves strategic planning, directing, organizing, and controlling all departmental activities to achieve organizational objectives. The Head will ensure efficient production, maintain product quality, manage costs within budget, and oversee all legal and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet budgeted volumes.
• Manage production costs, including material usage, manpower, inventory, and overheads.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for raw materials, packaging, finished products, and plant operations.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory management to prevent stock-outs and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain positive industrial relations and implement employee welfare activities.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory regulations, including those related to Excise, Provident Fund, and Pollution Control.
• Facilitate training and development programs for staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive efficiency in capacity utilization and minimize wastage.
• Conduct market visits to gather customer and trader feedback on product quality.
