About the Hotel
Welcome Hotel Wesel is a 4-star property located right on the Rhine promenade. The hotel offers 103 suites and features twelve conference rooms equipped with modern meeting technology for events ranging from 10 to 300 people. Food and beverage outlets include the restaurant Deichgraf with 120 seats, a summer terrace, and the H2O hotel bar. Next door, the rustic Plückers Q-Stall expands the dining options. The hotel welcomes a mixed international clientele of business travelers, conference guests, and leisure visitors, and around 45 employees support daily operations.
The hotel team is intended to be the core of the property, working in a positive atmosphere where colleagues can grow and feel valued. The hotel is looking to bring in a new team member as soon as possible.
Role Overview
This position supports the morning breakfast service and helps ensure a smooth guest experience before and during breakfast hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the breakfast buffet before service begins.
- Set tables and make the breakfast area ready for guests.
- Interact with guests, provide guidance, and assist with sales while taking individual dietary preferences into account.
- Replenish the buffet throughout the breakfast period.
- Handle clean-up tasks after service.
- Follow hygiene rules and food safety standards at all times.
