  • Work closely with kitchen and service colleagues, communicate clearly, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • A naturally friendly, empathetic approach and a genuine feel for guest moods and needs.
  • Initial experience in hospitality or food service is helpful, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational ability and a calm manner, especially when managing buffet operations and guest flow.
  • Confident communication skills and a welcoming attitude when interacting with guests.
  • A high standard for cleanliness, presentation, and order, even under pressure.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a cooperative, supportive mindset.
  • Interest in breakfast service and in giving guests a pleasant holiday feeling each morning.
  • Affinity for the Baltic Sea region, its nature, quiet atmosphere, and the character of the hotel.

Perks

  • Free parking.
  • Shared lunch breaks in a friendly team atmosphere.
