Job description

About the company

DualEntry, founded in 2024, is a rapidly scaling AI startup focused on rethinking finance and ERP. The company is building an AI-native ERP platform that helps accounting teams eliminate repetitive manual entry and work faster across a market that has been dominated by legacy systems for decades. Its products are used by businesses ranging from $5M ARR companies to NYSE-listed organizations. The team operates with speed, ownership, and a strong bias toward action.

Role overview

As the Brand/Visual Designer, you will be responsible for shaping DualEntry’s visual identity across every touchpoint. This includes the brand system, website, printed assets, events, and other customer-facing surfaces. The position is highly hands-on and expects full ownership, strong creative judgment, and a consistent drive for high-quality work.

Key impact areas

  • Own how DualEntry is perceived by CFOs, operators, and finance teams through thoughtful, high-craft visual communication.
  • Treat the company website as an evolving brand platform, designing landing pages, feature pages, and campaign experiences with strong attention to hierarchy, polish, and conversion.
  • Shape the look and feel of in-person brand moments such as CFO dinners, conference booths, and sponsored activations so they match the quality of the digital experience.
  • Create reusable brand systems and templates, including deck masters, social media frameworks, email layouts, and print assets, so the brand scales consistently over time.
  • Work closely with PMM, Marketing, and Sales to translate strategy and messaging into compelling visual storytelling, while challenging weak briefs when needed.

What you bring

  • A strong work ethic, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to operate independently.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates standout work across brand identity, web, print, and event or environmental design.
  • Experience developing and evolving brand systems rather than simply applying existing guidelines.
  • A clear point of view on what strong B2B branding should look like, with the confidence to defend design decisions.
  • At least 4 years of design experience in-house at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, at a leading agency, or across both environments.
  • Comfort moving between strategy and execution without sacrificing quality in either area.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Webflow experience is an advantage.
  • A self-directed mindset that does not rely on constant direction or creative guardrails.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Meaningful equity in a high-growth AI company.
  • The chance to join early and grow alongside the business.
  • Direct influence on product direction through your feedback.
  • A fast-moving culture with high trust and strong expectations.
  • The opportunity to help build the next generation of ERP in a massive market that has seen very little disruption for more than 30 years.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,000 to $120,000.
  • Equity range: $23,000 to $40,000.
  • 15 paid time off days plus 12 public holidays.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • 401(k) benefits.
  • On-site team environment with strong collaboration and minimal bureaucracy.

Location

This is an on-site role based in New York City at 7 World Trade Center.

Equal opportunity statement

DualEntry is committed to building diverse teams and maintaining an inclusive workplace where people feel supported and able to do their best work.

Additional notes

The role is described as intense, fast-paced, and highly rewarding for someone who wants to help build something ambitious in a once-in-a-lifetime market transformation.
