Brand Strategist - Fully Remote with Hourly Pay up to $150

We are seeking a Marketing Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers remote work flexibility and pays between $80 and $150 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create detailed, task-specific grading standards for authentic marketing materials such as creative briefs, campaign ideas, and frameworks for brand positioning.
• Evaluate AI-generated as well as human-submitted marketing samples against these established criteria, providing thorough written explanations for each score assigned.
• Ensure fairness and reproducibility of scoring by applying consistent, evidence-based assessments.
• Incorporate constructive feedback from senior reviewers and swiftly refine your evaluations accordingly.
• Operate autonomously and asynchronously, adhering to deadlines while contributing toward enhancing AI model accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.
• Prior roles as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist within top global creative agencies, or senior brand marketing positions in leading consumer-focused organizations.
• Extensive expertise in writing and assessing creative briefs, campaign development, brand positioning, and messaging strategies.
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Preferred candidates will have prior involvement with AI training, evaluation tasks, or projects involving human data annotation.
