Brand Protection Advisor

Role Overview

As a Brand Protection Advisor at Ecolab, you will play a pivotal role in conducting diverse brand protection visits at client sites. This position focuses on utilizing consulting, coaching, and training methods to meet specific client expectations, safeguard their brand, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled brand protection visits across several client locations such as hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities, employing tailored consulting and training approaches.
• Develop and present comprehensive summary reports of findings to senior property executives, clearly outlining locations' assessments, improvement areas, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various teams within EcoSure and Ecolab to address and resolve client issues effectively.
• Complete a target number of visits weekly, ensuring high-quality client engagement and service.
• Leverage CRM tools and tablet technology to streamline visit planning and execution.
• Support company and client growth initiatives through proactive engagement and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry.
• Possession of at least Level 4 Food Safety Certification.
• Comfortable conducting onsite operational visits in diverse environments, including hotels, educational sectors, senior living, and convenience stores, involving interaction with staff and residents.
• Technologically adept with competence in Android and Apple platforms, Zoom, and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driving license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record and a current passport.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Dublin.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%, including occasional evening, weekend, and overtime work as needed.
• Acceptance that the role may involve contact with, and possible consumption of, food products containing animal ingredients and common allergens.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting and carrying items weighting up to 25 pounds.
• Able to bend, squat, and maneuver to assess locations both low and high within client premises.
• Endurance for prolonged standing and walking periods during visits.
• Availability to travel by car or air as necessary to client locations.

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or business fields.
• Advanced Health & Safety certifications (Level 3+).
• Multilingual capabilities.
• Experience in hospitality leadership roles.

• Strong ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational, planning skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good judgment, capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving.
