The Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) + Amazon team works with major advertisers around the world to help them grow and strengthen audience engagement on TikTok. The group is centered on building durable, trusted partnerships and delivering creative, data-led, scalable solutions for global clients.
About the role
The Brand Partnerships Manager for the Amazon team plays a central role in expanding business and strengthening long-term relationships across several brands within one parent organization. This is a commercially focused position that blends consultative selling with strong cross-functional coordination.
The successful candidate will be an energetic communicator and persuasive presenter who can manage complex stakeholder environments, connect solutions to business priorities, and deliver measurable impact through TikTok’s advertising ecosystem. In close partnership with Client Solutions Managers, this person will help uncover growth opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure a smooth client journey in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor by applying strong product knowledge and recommending solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
- Own the account-planning process and coordinate internal teams around client priorities and long-term growth plans.
- Strengthen TikTok’s brand positioning in client conversations.
- Expand revenue, lead strategic discussions, and build relationships across multiple levels of the client organization.
- Scale adoption of TikTok products across brands and regions while deepening market penetration.
- Identify untapped opportunities and increase investment by uncovering whitespace across brands and markets.
- Develop persuasive sales decks and proposals using internal insights and market intelligence.
- Guide clients on platform best practices, product enhancements, and new solutions that support adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including issue resolution, campaign troubleshooting, and optimization with Client Solutions Managers.
- Work closely with product, measurement, creative, and operations teams to improve client results and influence future product direction.
- Spot areas where ad products can be improved and advocate for enhancements that better serve clients and agencies.
- Review campaign performance, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and iterate continuously to improve outcomes with Client Solutions Managers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising.
- Background working with digital media formats such as CTV, OTT, social media, or similar channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling presentations using market context and internal proof points.
- Understanding of self-serve ad platforms, auction-based buying, and other biddable advertising models.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and senior executives.
- History of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exposure to global and regional accounts, including market differences, media environments, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong command of the full marketing funnel, including advertiser pain points, measurement, and KPI analysis.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a practical problem-solving mindset and a positive culture contribution.
