About Kia Canada and the Role
Kia Canada seeks a Brand Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Brand Strategy Manager. This position involves overseeing and executing all brand-related marketing efforts in alignment with goals established by the National Manager and Brand Strategy Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle digital product content management on the Kia website, including 3D vehicle content development, in collaboration with the Agency of Record and web team to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of 3D vehicle content, coordinating with external vendors to ensure specifications, quality, timelines, budgets, and deployment meet standards.
- Supervise product lifecycle marketing tasks related to Model Year updates, facelifts, carryovers, and product enhancements to keep marketing materials accurate and compliant.
- Contribute to cross-functional vehicle launch readiness efforts, facilitating content needs and stakeholder alignment.
- Support brand and product campaign activities by working with marketing managers and the Agency of Record on creative briefs, media plans, and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure campaign execution complies with Kia brand standards, manages approval workflows, and supports marketing delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing top-tier product marketing tactics, including digital strategies, performance tracking, and budget oversight.
- Prepare and manage dealer communications like bulletins and policy updates to support business and product initiatives.
- Perform additional reporting, presentations, and handle special projects as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Background in the automotive industry such as OEM or dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing or related discipline is required.
- Attention to detail with strong process orientation is vital.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
