Role Overview

The Brand Excellence Coach (BXC) plays a vital role in safeguarding and uplifting the Crunch brand and member experience. This role involves managing systems, policies, procedures, controls, and communications to ensure brand consistency and quality across franchise locations. Responsibilities include conducting regular audits of gyms and systems, monitoring member experiences, communications, marketing materials, brand standards, equipment condition, cleanliness, training protocols, vendor relations, health and safety compliance, and operational procedures. The goal is to maintain seamless brand uniformity, strengthen member satisfaction, and protect franchisee investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold brand standards across the Crunch network via consistent gym and system audits.
• Conduct monthly operational field inspections, approved by the VP of Brand Excellence, to verify franchisee compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with department leads, regional managers, and executives to address and resolve compliance issues promptly.
• Record, monitor, and respond to all Brand Excellence Deficiencies using the designated database.
• Execute internal communications, standard operating procedures, and accountability measures to identify risks and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Maintain clear communication channels with the VP of Brand Excellence, executives, and relevant team members regarding brand compliance matters.
• Provide additional support as needed to uphold brand standards and enhance member experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of direct experience in field compliance within a multi-location franchise setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Dropbox, Smartsheet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of brand operations and experience managing multi-location compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Service-oriented mindset is preferable.

• Ability to identify, document, and track brand compliance deficiencies during field visits.
• Capability to conduct detailed inspections and communicate findings to franchise owners.
• Skilled in guiding franchisees and team members on brand excellence standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering cooperative relationships.

• Ability to travel extensively, up to 60-70%, including international locations as required.

Compensation and Additional Information

The salary for this position is $75,000 annually, with bonuses potentially increasing total compensation up to $90,000. Flexible options for remote work from home are available.
